Aceites Oro Bailén is a family company, located in the foothills of Sierra Morena, in the northern mountains of the province of Jaén, which has been committed to “early” extra virgin olive oil for almost 20 years.
ORO BAILEN is obtained from olives harvested in early October, in a state of optimum ripeness, which makes its fruit a true olive juice, with very particular organoleptic characteristics, highlighting the intensity of its fruitiness and the complexity of its aromas; herbaceous and fruity, standing out in the mouth, its exceptional balance between bitter and spicy.
